A rich and mellow brandy which bears a historic name and is an authentically-aged product of the soleras system.
Legend has it that in 1893, American oak casks were discovered in a cellar in La Palma del Conado – containing a matured brandy entirely different from anything else known at the time.
Those casks were stamped with the name Luis Felipe as they were reserved for the Duke of Montpensier, the son of the King of France Luis Felipe I who had home in Seville until 1890.
Luis Felipe became a brandy known for its time-honoured ageing system and its limited production, ensuring its fine quality.
Known for its smooth texture, intense, dark colour and unique aroma of vanilla and old wood, this brandy is aged using the traditional casks system and created with Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez wines.
This is a rounded and balanced brandy. This product by Rubio includes a sample canister and a Luis Felipe brandy balloon – making it the perfect present.
Bottle: 4cl. Alcohol content: 40%.
