Description
An exceptional antique sherry drawn from a single solera and made from the best Palomino Fino grapes (100%).
It is bottled without blending, clarification, or other treatments which could affect the original aroma and colour and it is aged for 20 years in barrels.
This Amontillado from Fernando de Castilla is biologically aged for more than five years and fortified to 19 degrees. Then, it is subjected to oxidative ageing in the traditional soleras and criaderas system typical of Jerez de la Frontera.
This gives an amber-coloured sherry with an aromatic nose and the elegant taste of almonds. Its long, dry finish makes it the perfect sherry to pair with nuts, sausages, poultry, and cheeses. We recommend serving this sherry at between 12C and 16C.
Bottle: 50cl. Alcohol content: 19%.
