Description
A classic Amontillado sherry typical of the Jerez de la Frontera region, made from fine Palomino Fino grapes (100%).
This Fernando de Castilla sherry is aged in American oak barrels for eight years. Its biological ageing is followed by an oxidative ageing in the solera and criaderas system – the authentic sherry-making method used in Jerez.
It has the colour of old amber, an aromatic nose, and gives the drinker soft hazelnut notes. Pair it with cheeses, meats, and poultry and serve between 12C and 16C.
Bottle: 75cl. Alcohol content: 17.5%.
