This wine is bottle-aged for three months before sale and will maintain its quality for several years if kept in your cellar.

You’ll taste peach, apricot, grapefuit, and orange peel flavours in this soft, fresh wine, a typical straw-coloured Chardonnay. Serve this wine chilled at between 42 and 46 Farenheit. Pair it with cheeses, shellfish, salmon, pasta, and chicken.
