Description
This delightfully dry and nutty sherry is made traditionally in the Amontillado solera in the old cellar of Bodegas Dios Baco – a site which dates back to 1848.
Matured in the authentic Jerez fashion using the criadera and solera system, the quality of this sherry created from Palomino grapes is guaranteed by careful blending and small withdrawals from the barrels.
It has hints of hazelnuts, almonds, dried apricots, and raisins. Serve slightly chilled to accompany matures cheeses or oriental dishes.
The VOS category is awarded by an independent regulator to sherries with an average maturity of 20 years.
Bottle: 75cl. Alcohol content: 19.5%
