Description
With the aroma of sea breezes, this light, dry, and crisp Manzanilla sherry is a refreshing option which pairs well with seafood including oysters, and white fish.
Made from Palomino grapes (100%) and aged for eight years in Sanlucar de Barrameda by Dios Baco, this sherry is named after the sound made by castanets.
It is a clean-tasting sherry with hints of lemon, lime, and apples, which should be serve chilled, as you would with a white wine.
Refrigerate it and consume within a few days of opening. It’s also an excellent dry aperitif.
Bottle: 50cl. Alcohol content: 15%.
