A classic, straw-coloured Manzanilla from Sanlúcar de Barrameda, this light and dry sherry is perfect paired with sausages, nuts, olives, and seafood.
Made from Palomino Fino grapes (100%) by Fernando de Castilla, the sherry is aged for three years. The grapes are pressed and fermented in stainless steel vats, then fortified to 15% and biologically aged in oak barrels in the traditional solera and criaderas system. Serve between 5C and 8C.
