Description
A wonderfully sweet dessert wine ideal as an accompaniment for fruits and ice creams made solely from Moscatel grapes grown at the village of Chipiona.
There, the grapes are cultivated in fine, sandy soil near the sea, giving the vines excellent drainage as they are ripened by the Andalusian sun. The grapes are pressed locally by respected producer Fernando de Castilla and fermented until they reach the required alcohol content. Then, the process is stopped to ensure natural sugars remain in the wine.
Bottle: 500 ml. Alcohol content: 17%.
