A sherry made with exceptional finesse, combining the tangy taste of an Oloroso on the palate with the delicacy of an Amontillado in bouquet.
Aged for more than 30 years, attracting the VORS denomination showing its maturity and quality, its dark chestnut colour and complex aroma mark it out as a premium quality sherry. Its aroma has hints of hazelnuts and oranges, and is taste is smooth and aromatic.
Created by Urium using Palomino Fino grapes (100%), it spends more than 30 years in American oak casks for oxidative ageing.
It is a sherry best be savoured on its own, a drink with incredible nuances of taste. If pairing with food, it combines well with nuts, extra mature cheese, ham, consommé, and stews made with gelatinous meat. Serve between 12C and 14C.
