Description
This is an exceptional antique sherry from Fernando de Castilla, aged for 30 years in the traditional soleras system used in Jerez de la Frontera.
Drawn from a single solera and bottled without blending, clarification, or other treatments that could affect the original aroma and colour, this sherry is made from Palomino Fino grapes (100%).
They are pressed and fermented in stainless steel, fortified to 20% alcohol content and subjected to oxidative aging in oak barrels.
It is dry and has a dark mahogany colour, with an elegant aroma combining the best of old Amontillado and Oloroso sherries.
Combine it with sausages, smoked meats, mushrooms, and artichokes. Serve at between 12C and 16C.
Bottle: 50cl. Alcohol content: 20%.
