Lovingly created with grapes grown in the warm soil and sunshine of Andalusia, this fortified dessert wine is made by by Fernando de Castilla.
It is made by pressing sun-dried Pedro Ximénez grapes (100%), famed for their unique role in the making of fine sherries. With a sticky, caramelised taste, this wine is the perfect accompaniment for fruity desserts including meringues with summer berries, baked figs, and summer pudding.
