A raw milk cheese with a deep flavour cured in wheat bran.
Produced with milk from Florida goats fed on El Bucarito’s pastures, this cheese is matured for a minimum of 5 months in the bodega, and a further 2 months in Iberian pigs’ lard and wheat bran. The rind has a fine coating of wheat bran.
The ingredients are raw goats’ milk, milk ferments, calcium, animal rennet, salt, Iberian pigs’ lard, and wheat bran. NOT SUITABLE FOR CELIACS. Store between 10 and 12 Celsius.
