A cured, pasteurised artisan cheese, produced with milk from Florida goats fed on El Bucarito’s pastures.
This intensely-flavoured cheese is matured for a minimum of 5 months in the bodega and more than 2 months in Iberican pig lard and wheat bran. The rind has a thin layer of wheat bran too.
The ingredients are pasteurised goats’ milk, milk ferments, calcium, animal rennet, salt, Iberican pig lard, and wheat bran . NOT SUITABLE FOR CELIACS. Store between 10 and 12 Celsius.
