A pasteurised artisan cured cheese with an intense flavour.
Produced only from Florida goats fed on El Bucarito’s pastures, it is matured for a minimum of 5 months in the bodega with a further 2 months in olive oil.
The rind is a natural covering with fine layer of extra virgin olive oil, and the cheese is an ivory colour with a kick of heat.
Its ingredients include pasteurised goats’ milk, milk ferments, calcium, animal rennet, salt, and extra virgin olive oil. We recommend storing it between 10 and 12 Celsius.
