An artisan cheese made from raw milk from Florida goats fed on El Bucarito’s pastures.
The cheese is matured for a minimum of 7 months in the bodega and the rind has a fine layer of extra virgin olive oil. It has an intense, lingering flavour.
The ingredients are goats’ milk, milk ferments, calcium, animal rennet, and salt. Store between 10 and 12 Celsius.
